Meet Our Veteran Ambassador: Aaron Brady
I am Aaron Brady, a Veteran Ambassador with Visiting Angels. I served in the United States Navy on Active Duty for 21 years and retired at the rank of Senior Chief Petty Officer. While on Active duty, I made several combat related deployments in support of both Iraqi Freedom Campaign in Iraq and Yemen, and Enduring Freedom Campaign in Afghanistan. Furthermore, several humanitarian deployments were made to places such as Thailand, Cambodia, Japan, Puerto Rico, Philippines, Kuwait, United Arab Emirates, and several more. I was honored to serve with Naval Mobile Construction Battalion FOUR, Naval Special Warfare Logistical Support Unit ONE, Naval Mobile Construction Battalion FORTY, SEAL Team SEVEN, SEAL Team THREE, and lastly Naval Construction Group ONE. I was assigned various different positions within these commands from Equal Opportunity Manager, Transportation Manager, Combat Support Services Leading Chief, and Senior Enlisted Leader/Advisor. I qualified as a Seabee Combat Warfare Specialist, Expeditionary Combat Warfare Specialist, and a Master Training Specialist.
With Visiting Angels, I am very excited to serve as a Veteran Ambassador for the Denton area veteran community to foster trust, visibility, and engagement. It is an honor to be on the front lines of the Veteran and senior community ensure the best in-home caregivers are being provided. I am dedicated to representing Visiting Angels values with integrity and empower others with knowledge and shared connections - Knowledge is power!
