- Have completed high school or earned a GED;
- Hold a minimum of one year of experience providing care to the elderly or those with disabilities;
- Dedicate yourself to assisting seniors in Granbury, Fort Worth, Weatherford, Azle, and surrounding areas;
- Successfully complete a background check and drug test prior to employment.
- Honor the obligations that you have taken on;
- Take part in one-on-one conversations with seniors and initiate conversations with clients;
- Although it is not necessary, prior experience caring for individuals with dementia or Alzheimer's disease is an added benefit;
