How to Establish Services

Visiting Angels Granbury tries to make the sign up process as easy as possible during this uncertain time:

1. Call our office and speak with the Client Care Coordinator to determine if our services meet your needs.

2. Schedule an intake and assessment meeting. This is where you will meet with a member of our team to review your care needs and schedule of services to create a Plan of Care. There is never any cost or obligation associated with this appointment.

3. Once you have signed up for services with our agency and established your Plan of Care, your assigned Client Care Coordinator will review your schedule and Care Plan with you, gather any other preferences, answer any additional questions you may come up with, and assign our caregivers to your case.

After services have been established, your Care Staff Coordinator is your point of contact with our agency. They will check in with you to ensure care satisfaction and are available to you for any and all questions, feedback and care adjustments. 

Each Visiting Angels agency is a franchise that is independently owned and operated. The Franchisor, Living Assistance Services Inc., does not control or manage the day to day business operations of any Visiting Angels franchised agency.
