We trust you will find our Office Staff to be professional and courteous. We are committed to making sure you have the best experience possible with Visiting Angels. Each management team member has a bachelor’s degree or higher and management experience in an employee based company. The management team maintains an open door policy with the caregivers in order to ensure that our services meet or exceed your expectations.
Visiting Angels of Riverside County is an employee based company. One fourth of our caregivers have worked for the company for more than 5 years. This is exceptional in our industry. We only hire caregivers who have two or more years of paid verifiable work experience with solid references from previous employers. All potential employees are hired by the management team which uses an 8 step process to determine compatibility with Visiting Angels and our clients.
As the employer for our caregivers, Visiting Angels is responsible for payroll taxes, social security, workers compensation insurance, liability insurance, bonding, and TB testing. We remain current and compliant with state and federal laws and regulations.
Our clients and caregivers have 24 hour access to the office staff. In the event that you need emergency coverage or a change in schedule, the staff is available to meet your needs. Upon the initiation of service, we provide a phone number to reach us. In the event of caregiver illness or an emergency situation, a staff member will notify you and schedule a substitute caregiver.
Available Hours of Services
Our caregiving services are available a maximum of 24 hours per day, seven days per week and a minimum of four hours per day, two days per week.
