Jim is responsive and so flexible and totally gets what our needs are. The Angels he employs are the kindest hard working people I have ever encountered. The vetting process is excellent. The cost as well as their minimum hours are the best of anyone else we looked into. Just the other day my dad announced that our caregiver is now part of our family!! A high praise from an independent, a little on the particular side, 86 yr old man!! And my mom refers to her as "is my friend coming tonight"?
