Star Tribune’s Top 100 Workplaces 2013
Visiting Angels, Wayzata – West Metro, MN June 17, 2013—has been named one of the Top Workplaces in Minnesota based on an employee-based survey project from the Star Tribune. Produced by the same team that compiles the 22-year-old Star Tribune 100 report of the best-performing public companies in Minnesota, Top Workplaces recognizes the most progressive companies in Minnesota based on employee opinions about organizational health, job expectations and employee engagement. The analysis included responses from over 64,300 employees at Minnesota public, private and nonprofit organizations.
The results of the Star Tribune Top Workplaces are based on survey information collected by WorkplaceDynamics, an independent company specializing in employee engagement and retention.

Founded in 2002, the agency prides itself in providing quality of life, living assistance services. Our approximately 90 caregivers are a diverse group with varying levels of experience. Our caregivers truly care. Many have strong volunteer affiliations, service backgrounds, and hospital backgrounds. The agency is Home Care Certified through the nationally recognized Home Care Pulse organization for measurement by surveys in Client Satisfaction and Employee Satisfaction.
To qualify for the Star Tribune Top Workplaces, a company must have more than 50 employees in Minnesota. Nearly 1,900 companies were invited to participate. Rankings were composite scores calculated purely on the basis of employee responses.
