"I've known about Visiting Angels for about 15 years starting with the Medford MA office. I saw great care in the personalization of the services to meet the client's and family's needs. I sought the Visiting Angels services when my dad was in a skilled nursing facility in Austin, Texas. The caregiver who visited supplemented what my three siblings could do. She took helpful and meaningful notes during her visits and she was with him when he passed. We cherished those notes and that she was there."

“It feels to me like the Visiting Angels really are just that: ANGELS. They are tuned in to the needs of people who have health issues along with concurrent anxieties. When living alone, my health issues seemed overwhelming, but they were able to put me at ease and bring happiness as well. When a person’s mind is settled, she can heal better and more quickly. Anxiety is terrible to deal with when dealing with major health issues at the same time. Visiting Angels fulfilled any minimal expectations I had and much more. They did the job with a humanistic approach and I will be ever grateful that they came to help me. Karen and her caregivers went above and beyond the call of duty many times.
