At Visiting Angels Norfolk, Portsmouth and Suffolk, we know that if you’re looking for senior care for a loved one, you’re in search of the highest-quality care possible. Not only do you want the best available care for your loved one, you also need to ensure that the affordable home care provider you choose is one you can trust. Visiting Angels Norfolk, Portsmouth and Suffolk can provide affordable home care that seniors and their families can count on.
We also know senior care can get expensive. Whether it's in a facility or at home. We don't like to "nickle and dime" people. Our goal is to let you budget so you know how much care will cost -- without the worries of fluctuating costs.
Transparency in all We Do
You have a right to know costs up front. We charge $34.00 per hour.
There are no additional surcharges if the care is more complex than we anticipated -- or becomes more complex as time goes on.
There are no additional surcharges for weekends or evenings.
And most importantly -- we do not require deposits to be held until the end of care. We do require a 2-week advance payment, which simply goes towards your first two-weeks of services. Your first two invoices will be marked "Paid" and you start paying after the third invoice. If you don't use all the advance payment -- don't worry -- it rolls over until it is used.
There is, however, an additional charge for federal holidays and for transportation we provide.

Concierge Care by Angels -- A New Affordable Care Model for those in Facilities!
In selected facilities around Norfolk, Portsmouth, and Suffolk we offer Concierge Care by Angels. Concierge care lets you pay solely for the amount of care you need -- no minimums required! Do you just need someone to come by and provide a medication reminder? Or do a wellness check? Maybe someone just needs assistance with a shower or bath? Then that's all you pay for. Rather than 4-hour minimums at $30-$35 per hour, our Concierge Care by Angels starts at $25 per visit!
Yes, that's right: $25.00 total instead of $145.00. Because we know sometimes that's all the care you need. And care is expensive enough without paying for unnecessary time simply because the agency requires it.
