Visiting Angels Madison, WI is looking for CNAs and CBRF certified caregivers to provide one-on-one care to seniors and adults with disabilities in their homes throughout Dane County. Shifts vary in length from two to twelve hours or longer, are available all days of the week, and at a variety of start times. Part-time and full-time hours are available.

Do you need flexible hours to work around another job or family? Visiting Angels Madison understands the needs of today’s CNAs and CBRF caregivers to balance work, family, and self. You tell us when and where you can work, and we will schedule within those times and locations.
Want more hours? In addition to your weekly scheduled shifts, Visiting Angels Madison uses a text broadcast system to alert qualified caregivers of other possible shifts as they become available. Just click and confirm, and the shift (and possibly a bonus) is yours.
No shifts available in the availability you’ve given us? Participate in our Angel in the Wings program and get paid for keeping that time open in case a shift does open up. If a shift does become available that you accept, you’ll be paid your Angel in the Wings bonus plus your regular hourly wage.
Visiting Angels Madison’s service region for in-home care includes Madison, Middleton, Sun Prairie, Cottage Grove, McFarland, Deerfield, DeForest, Waunakee, Verona, Fitchburg, Oregon and surrounding areas.

CNA and CBRF In-home Caregiver qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Previous CNA or CBRF certifications (Do not have to be current.)
- Reliable method of transportation to get to all shifts on time.
- Positive attitude, great communication skills, and ability to work independently
- Solid personal character with empathetic personality
- Ability to read, write, and converse in English
