Our Senior Care Team
Our office staff and Angel caregivers work together to make sure our senior and disabled clients' needs are met. Here is a bit more about the staff working behind the scenes at our Madison office to make sure everything runs smoothly for clients and caregivers.
Tracy Teske – Owner/Director of Care
Tracy grew up in Illinois but spent summers at her family’s cabin on Lake Ripley in Cambridge, Wisconsin. The entire family loved Wisconsin so much they have all moved here.
As owner, Tracy coordinates business and client operations at Visiting Angels Madison. This may mean working on the weekly schedule, interviewing Angel candidates, or even providing a caregiver visit to a client herself.
Tracy is dedicated to providing the highest quality of in-home care in Dane County. She has a passion for providing top-notch customer service and working to make all of our clients feel they are part of the Visiting Angels’ family.
Bobbie Zinck – Client Schedule Coordinator
Bobbie has worked in health care since 1993. She has worked as a caregiver, an in-home care Client Care Coordinator, and as the Executive Director of a local memory care facility. She is certified in dementia/Alzheimer’s care and lifts/transfers.
In her free time, she enjoys hiking, camping, and watching football. She also loves travel and has visited every state in the U.S. except Maine. Bobbie has two children and a dog named Bucky who moved with her from Missouri when she was 19.
As Client Schedule Coordinator, Bobbie matches clients and caregivers with shift times that work for both. She also works with our Angels for time-off requests and making sure any call-ins are covered.
Janice Selfridge – Billing Specialist
A native New Yorker, Janice moved to Madison in 2019. In New York, Janice worked as an Administrator and Health Services Coordinator for the Franciscan Sisters of the Atonement for many years. In her private life, she enjoys birding, photography, and fine art restoration.
At Visiting Angels Madison, Janice is responsible for client invoicing and client care authorizations. Janice is an integral part of making sure the behind-the-scenes work of Visiting Angels Madison is running in a timely and smooth manner.
