Creating a Personalized Care Plan

We will work with you to create a personalized care plan. We will consider your loved one’s health and wellness needs, scheduling, and personality. We also include a variety of living assistance services in our plans, entitled daily living activities. This includes tasks such as meal preparation, transportation, and bathing assistance.  Our caregivers are also available to provide transportation to appointments as well. With the help of an Angel, your loved one will be able to enjoy their schedule and their daily routine.

Choosing a Caregiver

To make the transition easier, we’ll help your loved one find a caregiver that puts their mind at ease. Beforehand, you and your loved one will be able to meet with a potential caregiver and give the final say whether you believe they’ll be a good fit or not. We believe that communication between client and agency should always be open. If you have a question, call our office at any time. If by chance we don’t answer immediately, just leave a message and we’ll get back to you within 15 minutes. Our service coordinators will also check in with your loved one throughout their care by phone or in-home visit to ensure that they’re happy and well cared for.
