Daylen and Christina Davis - Owners The Visiting Angels of Rockford/Beloit branch is locally owned and operated by Daylen and Christina Davis. With many years of experience and a passion for helping others, they have earned an outstanding reputation. Jack Harling - Recruiter Jack has 8 years of experience finding and hiring qualified candidates for the Rockford branch. His skills surround identifying, attracting, interviewing, hiring and supporting the onboarding of new caregivers and office staff. He makes sure that each and every new Angel meets our high standards.

Jacob Mears - Director or Care With 22 years of experience in long-term care - including 15 years as a Director of Rehab - Jacob brings deep expertise and a genuine passion for serving seniors. He is the point person for getting services started for your loved one. He values making clients feel like family and connecting with their support system. What Jacob likes most about being part of Visiting Angels is how we support seniors in the home so that their daily needs are met while they continue to be an active part of their local communities. 

Justine Williams - Care Manager Justine has over 15 years experience in the home care field.  She began her homecare career in 2006 by receiving her CNA.  She continued on to receive her Medical Assistant diploma in 2008.  Justine is highly knowledgeable about the homecare field and looks forward to providing top quality care to our clients. Justine was a Home Care Manager for a home care company in Elgin for 5 years before joining our Visiting Angels team here in Rockford.  She oversees client service and satisfaction in the West side of Rockford.

Denise Vincent - Care Manager Denise has over 4 years of healthcare experience working in case management and administrative roles. She is now committed to helping seniors find what they need in terms of compassionate home care combined with assigning caring caregivers. She has hands-on experience caring for family members while on hospice. Denise truly enjoys the work she does. At Visiting Angels, she is responsible for our clients' experience and satisfaction.

Karla Castellanos - Human Resources/Scheduling Karla has been working in the healthcare field for nearly 5 years and her passion is to help and support the elderly. Her primary role is to serve Visiting Angels needs for Human Resources. Everything from onboarding and state compliance, to employee reviews and quality control.  Karla also assists with scheduling the caregivers and maintaining the quality of training of our Angels in the field.

Alyssa Patton - Scheduler/Invoicing Alyssa is responsible for managing client schedules and assisting with invoicing. She has been dedicated to caring for the elderly for over 5 years now, which began with her working as a caregiver. Alyssa has extensive experience in the home care field by serving in multiple administrative roles with other local agencies before joining the Visiting Angels team.  Alyssa is a valuable asset when it comes to executing daily office needs.
