Ashlei is a seasoned leader with over 20 years of experience with Fortune 100 companies, including Walmart, Inc., as a Product Excellence Manager II; Category Cat Analyst for Walmart with Nestlé Purina; Reuters as a Product Analyst; & Southwestern Bell Telephone Company, as a Premise Location Specialist; & third generation Realtor®.
Ashlei is a strategic and trusted business leader known for being solutions-driven, mitigating significant risks that could negatively impact the business's reputation, operations, and financial integrity, and is experienced in developing high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams, identifying top-talent, and building a pipeline of influential leaders.

Craig Crenshaw - Owner

Craig is originally from Dallas, TX, and attended Texas A&M University to pursue a business degree in Management Information Systems. Craig also earned an MBA from Baylor University. Since 2014, Craig has overseen Business Development and Operations for various Visiting Angels franchises throughout the country. He attributes his success first and foremost to God who has allowed him to steward these opportunities as he pursues excellence by mentoring and investing in his Operating Partners and Directors while serving the senior population. Craig has been married to Christina since 2003, and they have two sons: Christopher 12, and Corban 11.
