We know that it is difficult to make care decisions when you don’t have specific experience with an agency. It is our goal to provide families with the ability to make an informed decision, have tangible ways to measure quality and help them find a comfort level when choosing an agency to work with.
Choosing a homecare provider for your loved one can be a stressful decision. When faced with many choices in agencies, it is sometimes difficult to know why one is better than another. We are excited to share with you the news that Visiting Angels of North East Ohio was recently honored with Home Care Pulse's “Leader in Excellence” Award and our 3rd “Best of Home Care” award!
The Leader in Excellence Award is awarded to less than 50 private duty home care agencies across the country who consistently rank among the highest in 10 or more out of 12 quality metrics assessed by Home Care Pulse. To qualify for this award, Home Care Pulse polled 10% of our clients through personal phone interviews each month to rate the care they received. These client satisfaction ratings were factored into our overall ranking over a 12-month period. Using feedback from clients and employees, as well as quality benchmarks from Home Care Pulse, we set goals to reach the highest level of excellence possible.
It is important to us that we truly go beyond making statements about “quality and satisfaction” and put them into action. We wanted to share this exciting news with you and hope that it helps you understand how much we care about your experience and your loved one’s quality of life.
