Samantha serves as the Operations Director, bringing more than two decades of leadership experience across senior care, healthcare operations, and community health. Her background spans operational management, sales strategy, and business development, giving her a comprehensive understanding of both organizational performance and the day‑to‑day needs of clients, families, and caregivers.

Her career includes serving as the Director of Operations for a non‑medical home care agency, Director of Sales & Marketing for a Senior Living community, and Director of Business Development for RMP LLP. She also spent 15 years in Long‑Term Care as a Business Office Manager, where she developed deep expertise in resident care, regulatory compliance, financial oversight, and team support.

As a licensed Assisted Living Administrator, Samantha remains actively engaged in healthcare advocacy. She serves on the Advisory Council for Cowboys for Hospice and as Co‑Chair of the Veterans Community Partners board. She has also held leadership roles with the Health Care Marketing Alliance of NWA and the Fayetteville Chamber of Commerce Health Care Advisory Board.

Samantha is passionate about strengthening operations, building meaningful relationships, and supporting innovative approaches to senior care. She believes that exceptional care is rooted in compassion, collaboration, and trust. Her leadership is guided by a commitment to ensuring every client feels safe and supported, every caregiver feels valued, and the organization continues to grow with integrity and excellence.

Devin has dedicated more than 20 years to the healthcare field, guided by a strong commitment to service and a genuine passion for improving the well-being of her community. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with individuals, families, and caregivers, providing education, guidance, and compassionate support during some of life’s most challenging moments.

Having lived and worked in Northwest Arkansas for over two decades, Devin has developed deep roots in the region and an extensive understanding of the local healthcare landscape. She is widely recognized as a trusted connector—bringing together community members, healthcare professionals, and essential resources to ensure people receive the support they need.

With a strong nursing background, Devin combines clinical knowledge with a warm, approachable presence. She empowers families and caregivers through education, advocacy, and resource coordination, helping them navigate complex systems with confidence. Devin’s collaborative spirit and dedication to community wellness continue to make a meaningful impact across Northwest Arkansas.

Alyssa Schraub - Client Care Coordinator

As the Client Care Coordinator, Alyssa is dedicated to ensuring clients receive dependable, compassionate, and high-quality care while also supporting caregivers every step of the way. She is currently attending NWACC, where she is pursuing her Physical Therapy Assistant degree, further strengthening her understanding of mobility, rehabilitation, and client-centered care.

She works closely with clients, families, and caregivers to develop thoughtful schedules that reflect each client’s unique needs, preferences, and daily routines, helping to promote comfort, consistency, and peace of mind in the home.

Alyssa takes pride in being attentive, responsive, and understanding, and believes that open communication is the foundation of excellent care. By building strong relationships rooted in trust and respect, she strives to ensure concerns are addressed promptly and that both clients and caregivers feel heard, supported, and valued.

Her goal is to create a positive experience for everyone involved by ensuring every client feels safe, respected, and well cared for, while every caregiver feels appreciated and confident in the support they receive. Through teamwork and compassion, Alyssa is committed to providing the highest quality of care while promoting dignity, independence, and comfort for those served. She strives to be approachable, fair, and always ready to help others grow and thrive in their roles.

Riley works in Human Resources, supporting the team from onboarding through conflict resolution, with the goal of making everyone feel valued, heard, and supported. Born and raised in Arkansas, she brings a deep understanding of the community she serves.

She holds an Associate of Arts degree from NWACC and has spent the past year in Human Resources. Before joining the team, Riley worked in HR for a Fortune 500 company and also served as a scheduler in intraoperative neuromonitoring—experience that strengthened her appreciation for organization, communication, and support within healthcare settings.

This work matters deeply to Riley because it allows her to advocate for people—especially during times of transition, life changes, or challenging moments. By helping create stability and understanding for caregivers, she supports them in focusing on what they do best: providing compassionate care to others.

A CPR-certified professional, Lona understands the importance of safety, reliability, and attention to detail. Before joining the workforce full-time, she dedicated her time to raising her young son, an experience that strengthened her organizational skills, patience, and ability to adapt to the needs of others. As she began a new chapter in her professional journey, she was drawn to the opportunity to support seniors and families through compassionate care services.

Craig Crenshaw - Owner

Craig is originally from Dallas, TX, and attended Texas A&M University to pursue a business degree in Management Information Systems. Craig also earned an MBA from Baylor University. Since 2014, Craig has overseen Business Development and Operations for various Visiting Angels franchises throughout the country. He attributes his success first and foremost to God who has allowed him to steward these opportunities as he pursues excellence by mentoring and investing in his Operating Partners and Directors while serving the senior population. Craig has been married to Christina since 2003, and they have two sons: Christopher 12, and Corban 11.
