As a growing organization in the Western Mass community, Visiting Angels of West Springfield continues to hire, train, and employ individuals in many ways.

Recently, Visiting Angels hired two office members joining the team in an administrative and marketing role.

The two new employees, a Recruiting and Marketing Specialist and an Administrative Specialist, have joined the team in full-time positions. Our Recruiting and Marketing Specialist, Julie Dewberry, has been a Certified Nursing Assistant employee with Visiting Angels for two years. When it was discovered she had previous experience, along with some hidden talents and skills, she was promoted to her current position. With a background in marketing, she will help Visiting Angels continue to grow the brand name. She will also recruit new Caregivers with the eventual goal of hiring them. These new caregivers will have a wonderful opportunity to work with our many clients throughout Hampden county.

Our second new employee, Natali Pilecki, has been with Visiting Angels for 9 years! She has been a loyal and strong Certified Nursing Assistant employee for nearly a decade. Natali was also promoted in order to help with our growing needs, assisting our caregivers, office staff, and train all new employees! She will be the “go-to” person for everyone. Natali will play a crucial role helping to maintain a strong company morale and environment.
