About the Owners
Bob and Susan Melcher have been operating Visiting Angels franchises since June 2010 after 30-year careers in marketing and teaching. They have helped elderly and disabled people and their families stay safely in their own homes over 700 times. One of them is involved with every person we care for and clients and patients can always call and speak with an owner familiar with their case.
Susan volunteers at the University of Vermont as a patient advocate and Bob volunteers as an emergency medical provider on a local rescue squad.
