We begin by meeting with you and reviewing your needs through discussions with involved family members; when necessary we consult with the care recipient’s physician(s), social workers, hospitals, home health, hospice or nursing home staff.
An individualized program is set up for you to manage your daily needs and assist you in all your activities of daily living. We match your needs to the best possible caregiver.
After the caregiver has been placed in your home, a member of our management team will stay in touch through telephone check-in and supervisory home visits. Most important, we continually communicate with the caregiver who is providing care for you.
