At Visiting Angels Brazos Valley, we know that a personalized approach is best. That’s why we’ll work with your family to create a specific, detailed care plan for your loved one. Our plans are easily adaptable, so as your loved one’s needs evolve, we can quickly update their care.
We also offer specialized senior care. If your loved one needs a wider range of support, such as dementia care or preventative hospital care, we can provide it. It’s how you can be sure your loved one has the care they need, when they need it.
Our comprehensive essential personal senior care services include:
Providing in-home care for you and your loved ones is the heart of what we do. Our compassionate and professional caregivers have been serving the seniors and those with special needs in your community for more than 8 years and we are committed to offering you the same legendary service which we are known for, especially during this unprecedented COVID-19 crisis.
Visiting Angels’ services are exempt from the recently announced Shelter-in-Place directive as we are an essential Healthcare Support Service Provider. Therefore, our offices remain open with a staff of fully trained, licensed, bonded and insured caregivers who are ready to provide on-going or part-time care for you and your loved ones 24 hours a day.
Please rest assured that we are monitoring the COVID-19 situation very closely and have been keeping our Office Support Staff team and Caregivers well-informed on a daily basis about the virus and best practices to ensure the health and safety of all of our clients and employees.
As circumstances continue to evolve with the virus, we will continue to review our prevention and control policies to ensure we are following the most current recommendations by the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC).
Our caregivers can assist with all ADL’s (Activities of Daily Living) such as personal care, cooking, medication reminders, essential transportation to the grocery store and pharmacy, companionship, safety, reassurance and especially with those tasks one may have difficulty in accomplishing during this period of Sheltering in Place.
Homecare services remain the safest option for seniors and those at risk. We will do everything in our power to support our clients, caregivers, staff and community in every way possible to keep them safe and cared for in a familiar home environment.
If you have any questions or require any assistance, please reach out to a member of our Care Team at 979-209-0027. Our full time staff will maintain our business hours from 8:00-5:00 Monday through Friday and our after-hours on call staff is available to assist you around the clock.
