Eileen, Gene, Beth and the rest of the team truly made a difference in my mother's life by helping her maintain her independence far beyond the time when she should have had full time care. Although my mother could be challenging due to dementia and other issues, none of her caregivers ever lost patience or became irritated. "I'm so thankful for the Visiting Angels team. They are the experts in elder care! Ekari visits my mom in a facility 3 days a week and is super attentive to her every need! She is expertly trained in all aspects in caring for a elderly person!. My mom loves it when Ekari puts her lipstick on, brushes her hair, cleans her glasses and many other things that makes my mom comfortable. She discovered a game that my mom loves to play. My mom has limited mobility and dementia, so I was amazed when I found out that she can actually play a game! We not only have our amazing companion and caregiver, we have a nurse support team that offers many ideas and guidance! Tina even made my mom a picture communication board, so that she can more easily communicate with people, which is a great blessing! I promise that if you give them a chance to see what they can do for your loved one, you won't be disappointed! My only regret is that I didn't get the Visiting Angels team involved in my mom's life sooner!."

"I called Visiting Angels on 7-27-21 to inquire about services for my father, who had fallen, was in rehab for a month, and was coming home. I spoke with Mandy and was placed on the wait list, which I was told was approx. 2 wks. To my surprise, Tina called to say they had a possible caregiver to start 8-4-21. Eileen, the owner/director came to the house for the assessment, and actually accompanied Jackie, dad's caregiver, for the start date. Tina has been instrumental in guiding me through his care, options for financial assistance, and is just a pleasure to talk to. He was not able to get into the shower alone and take care of himself. He needed assistance walking with a "walker" to prevent from falling. We had the Angels three times a week for three hours and that allowed me some free time. The care he received was always professional as well as very caring. He did not feel uncomfortable with the ladies that we had over the years. I would recommend them highly."

"They take very good care of me while my daughter is at work. They help with me do my exercises that my therapists have left for me to do, they put a belt on me when they walk me to be sure I do not fall, they play cards with me and make me lunch. They are very kind to me. I really love having them with me. The office staff is great to deal with too. When I call there, they take their time to talk to me - they do not make me feel rushed. The Director Eileen has just done a wonderful job of picking me such wonderful helpers. I tell my friends who need help to call them."
