Caregiver Spotlight

Welcome back to the caregiver spotlight! Our caregiver of the month wishes to remain anonymous, but we would still like to thank her!

A little about this caregiver: She started working with our home care team Visiting Angels in July 2017, and she works hard every day. She hasn’t shied away from any client offered to her. In addition to being dedicated, she is also flexible. She has worked many different schedules for clients in need of care, and enjoys working with all sorts of people no matter their walk of life. She is a great example of a caregiver, and we are glad to have her on our team.

A fun fact about this caregiver: her first job providing home care was when she was 16 years old, and she is recently back at it! She has always been fond of elders – especially her grandmother, who made a huge impact on her life.

Her advice for new caregivers resonates with us. When she was asked, she talked about the impact you can have when you are authentic and do things from your heart. This job is different every day, and you never know what to expect.
