- We offer a personalized work schedule that accommodates your availability. Shifts are assigned based on proximity to your home and are at least four hours long, respecting your time.
- We provide ongoing training and meetings to educate our caregivers. Performance reviews are done regularly to monitor progress. We value and use your feedback to improve how we train and support our Angels.
- We provide round-the-clock support to aid you in caring for clients. Care plans are available on-site at the client's home to provide clear guidance. We will introduce you to clients on your first shift to ensure your readiness and comfort in assisting them.
