D’Alan Baugh – Founding Partner

D’Alan Baugh started Visiting Angels in February of 2002 with his business partner. Prior to this, he was an award-winning sales and sales management professional in fields that include business equipment sales, mortgages, financial products, and pharmaceuticals. In each of his positions, he was recognized for achieving outstanding results and growth exceeding his company's expectations. He served in the United States Air Force as a cryptologic linguist specialist and is a Gulf War veteran.

Mr. Baugh collaborated to establish and oversee the business development efforts initially focusing on Carroll and Howard Counties and then expanding to Baltimore, Anne Arundel, and Montgomery Counties, and Washington, D.C.

Marty Burns – Founding Partner

Marty Burns Co-Founded Visiting Angels in February of 2002. Mr. Burns began his career with Enterprise Rent a Car and Metro Media/MCI. In each of these positions, Mr. Burns received many performance-based promotions.

Mr. Burns had a successful career with the recruiting firm The Porter Group Inc. Prior to his business career, Mr. Burns served his country in the United States Army as a Military Police Officer and Drill Sergeant. Mr. Burns holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Finance from the University of Connecticut.

Cindy Wisniewski – Vice President of Operations

Here since 2006

Cindy Wisniewski joined Visiting Angels in 2006 as a Customer Care Representative following a career in teaching and education services. Ms. Wisniewski taught elementary education for Carroll County Public Schools and also served as Manager for Sylvan Learning Centers. Beginning her career in the Customer Care department, Ms. Wisniewski has steadily advanced through the company, receiving several performance-based promotions.

Currently, Ms. Wisniewski has overall responsibility for the Customer Care, Administration and Human Resources departments. Ms. Wisniewski holds a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Elementary Education from Towson University.

What Do You Like Best About Your Job?

"My coworkers! I love working with each and every one! I also love that we’re helping others when it’s often needed the most. Helping a son or daughter step out of that caregiver role and go back to being the son or daughter again."

 

Kim Baugh – Director of Sales and Marketing

Here since 2013

Kim Baugh joined Visiting Angels in 2013 as a Homecare Consultant following a very successful career in Sales and Marketing. Prior to Visiting Angels, Mrs. Baugh worked as an East Coast Sales Manager and Trainer for a large consulting firm earning several performance based awards, bonuses, and promotions. After a short time as a Homecare Consultant, she moved into the position as the Director of Sales and Marketing.

Currently, Mrs. Baugh manages the Homecare Consultants, Care Assistants, and Nurses. She is also responsible for overseeing marketing efforts.

Amy McColley – Director of Human Resources

Amy McColley joined Visiting Angels in 2015 as an HR Assistant following a long career as an Office Manager for a large franchise. Amy has an extensive background in HR and property management. After a brief time as an HR Assistant, she quickly moved into the position as the HR Manager and now Director of Human Resources.

Currently, Mrs. McColley oversees the recruiting of caregivers and the day-to-day HR operations.

What Do You Like Best About Your Job?

"There are many things I love about my job. The employees at Visiting Angels are one of the best teams I have ever worked with. I enjoy the group collaboration and the fact that we are encouraged to present new ideas and have the freedom to be creative.
