• Ready-Set-Go Home care: If a senior needs help transitioning home after a hospital stay, they can request transitional care through our Ready-Set-Go Home program. Caregivers can provide transportation home after a hospital stay and back to the hospital for follow-up appointments. 
• Dementia and Alzheimer’s care: Clients with dementia often require additional attention and assistance, which they can get from our dementia and Alzheimer’s care. 
• Social care: Our social care program helps seniors navigate basic technology like smartphones and laptops to stay virtually connected with loved ones through texting, emailing, and social media.

The center also has a gift shop and a rental space for events. 

Public Library 

Everyone knows public libraries are the go-to place for borrowing books, magazines, and other media, but libraries offer much more than accessible reading materials. The Manitowoc Public Library is residents' go-to place for community activities, resources, and events. 

One of the most popular reasons residents visit the library is to use the public wireless internet. You can check your emails, browse the web, or connect with loved ones on social media using your laptop or smartphone. The library also has computers, printers, and fax machines for public use.
