• Social care: Caregivers can help clients stay in touch with their loved ones by assisting with emails, texting, or video calls. 
• End-of-life care: Entering the final stages of life is difficult for clients and families. Caregivers providing End-of-Life care can work alongside hospice teams to ensure physical, emotional, and mental support for clients and their families during this time.
