Our end-of-life services are provided through our Life Care Navigation collection of senior care services. The program we introduced to our caregivers during training is entitled Practical Care Tips for End of Life. This program provides our caregivers with all the information needed in order to provide optimal care for you and your loved ones, no matter what might occur.
