Just about any home care agency can claim to give great services, with great caregivers. But how many can back it up with real data? Visiting Angels Newton/Canton does just that, with information from independent surveys of both their clients and their employees.

The Leader in Excellence award from the national client satisfaction survey firm Home Care Pulse is the highest award available to any private duty home care agency. Why? Because it is a regular telephone survey of clients, to get their answers to the things that are most important in choosing an agency. Who better than the actual clients to give those answers? And here’s a critical point: those client responses are then compared with results from other agencies to determine which ones are best. Only a tiny number of agencies qualified in 2017 for Leader in Excellence: 83 in the whole US, 2 in Massachusetts, and just ONE in the Boston Metro Area.
