I called to get assistance for my grandma. I am thrilled that they were so amazing. Not only were they responsive and set an appointment for the next day. They also connected us with other services we didn't know grandma could qualify for which will help pay for things. That resulted in another appointment two days later. Now grandma is set to have the support we were seeking AND help providing supplies and medications she needs at no cost. The care and knowledgeable person from Visiting Angels of Joplin, Michelle, had made such a difference already. We can't thank them enough.

The staff at Visiting Angels of Joplin worked with my mother and father for a number of years as home care providers. I could not have asked for a more professional bunch of caregivers, office staff, and administrators. The caregivers were loving, kind, thoughtful, thorough, flexible, and on and on. I cannot say enough good things about this organization and their staff. We only ended our relationship with Visiting Angels of Joplin because my father passed away and my mother moved to assisted living. I thank them for making the last years of my father's life full of love and compassion.
