"When we called Visiting Angels, we had been using another provider that overbilled for services, were inconsistent and stole property. We called Visiting Angels and a representative came quickly to explain their services and qualifications and gave us a fair quote (substantially less than what we paid the other provider). We hired them and were well pleased with the quality of staff, their reliability, and their caring approach. On more than one occasion after we no longer needed 24/7 services, we had emergency needs and they responded quickly. I would say that as a general statement, the caretakers they employ are above average with some close to being angels. If these special 'angels' could afford to live without payment, they would be caretakers for the joy they receive from helping others. We will use them again and recommend them highly."
