Michael Ashy is the owner, director and State of Texas licensed administrator of Visiting Angels in the Dallas County Park Cities area. Michael has spent a career blending sound business skills, entrepreneurial spirit and creative efforts to help improve quality of life for seniors both in the community and in the home. Michael is a native Texan and uniquely a child of doctors and nurses.
In 2008, Michael purchased the Dallas County franchise of Visiting Angels, the nation’s largest and fastest-growing network of at-home assisted living services for seniors. Since then their company has grown exponentially, focusing on providing the highest quality care and accountability to seniors and their loved ones.
A key driver of Visiting Angels Dallas under Michael Ashy’s leadership is matching qualified, compassionate and committed caregivers with seniors and their families, encouraging loved ones to participate in the selection process. The results include exceptionally long relationships between families and their caregivers; improved quality of life among seniors; and a healthier work-life balance among their families.
