S.A.L.T. – TRIAD Now Formed in Lancaster and Northumberland Counties, Virginia

Did you know that Lancaster and Northumberland Counties, VA have recently formed a TRIAD Council? The purpose of this new TRIAD is to enhance cooperative efforts of law enforcement agencies (police/fire/sheriffs), senior citizens, and senior organizations. Its focus is to reduce crimes of fraud or victimization against our seniors in Lancaster and Northumberland.

At present, this group of concerned citizens, Sheriffs, Social Services and many area services involved in Health Care, Home Care, and Senior Living Communities are meeting at Visiting Angels each month.

Soon, we will reach out, in broader measure, to the community at-large. Stay tuned to announcements of regularly scheduled meetings and events. Visiting Angels will keep citizens posted through our Facebook page and website. Additional information will also be included in the Rappahannock Record and other area newspapers.
