Our flexible shift work is scheduled on a weekly basis with auto-deposit pay weekly. Your shifts will be based on where YOU want to work in places like Kilmarnock, Tappahannock, Gloucester, Saluda, Urbanna, White Stone, Mathews, Deltaville, Lancaster, Lottsburg, Callao, Warsaw, and surrounding areas.

You care about others and respect your grandmother. You have attention to detail and a sense of humor. You are prompt in returning calls, texts, and emails.

WHO YOU WILL HELP:
A tired husband or wife, perhaps an adult child living a few hours or even a state away who is worried about their local mom or dad being alone all the time. Have you read about the sandwich generation? People, usually women trying to take care of their aging mom or dad at the same time they are raising children. They also may be working full time and live far away from their mom and dad.
You'll be taking on the caregiving role, giving them a chance to just be a daughter or son again, or a wife or husband instead of a full-time caretaker. They will be so glad to read your care log comments every day to feel close to mom and dad. Think of how much they will enjoy having that pressure relieved so they won't have to worry--knowing you'll be there to give their loved one concierge care and safety.
This can include any number of non-medical senior care services including:
- Medication reminders
- Light housekeeping
- Meal preparation
- Grocery shopping
- Getting someone to a doctor's appointment or the grocery store
- Dressing
- Grooming
- Oral care
- Bathing
- Toileting
