    • We only hire the best.  We search high and low, turning down an average of 25 applicants for every caregiver we hire. We conduct the most accurate and comprehensive criminal background checks available, using outside resources such as ClearStar. We also run previous employment reference checks, conduct multiple in-depth interviews and a drug test. We also review Department of Motor Vehicle and US Government I-9 certification of employment eligibility.

    • We hire our valued Caregivers as W-2 employees. Our caregivers are W-2 employees and are NOT independent contractors. This provides peace of mind to our clients and families as we manage all payroll, payroll related employment taxes, workman’s comp and liability insurance etc.

    • We continuously train our caregivers. We invest in our caregivers with on-going learning on essential topics such as fall prevention, HIPPA regulations, infection control and blood-borne pathogens, elder abuse and neglect, stress management, and more.


    • We monitor our caregivers to ensure they are on time and you are covered. We use a Telephony System via ClearCare Online that alerts us 24x7 if a caregiver is six minutes late. These alerts allow our Client Service Coordinators to immediately address any issues. The system is also integrated for accurate billing.

    • We never leave you empty handed. With more than 375+ caregivers in our employment and growing, we are well prepared to ensure that a qualified substitute will be available to step in if your caregiver is unable to work.

    • We make announced and unannounced visits with our clients. Our Client Service Coordinators and Tom (the owner) make regularly scheduled and unscheduled field visits to ensure that our caregivers are meeting and exceeding the needs and expectations of our clients.

    • We solicit and give continuous feedback. Service satisfaction surveys are sent to clients and caregivers on a regular basis to help us improve the quality of our services. We provide our caregivers with frequent feedback through meetings and performance reviews.

    • We keep you and your extended team informed. We educate and inform families through regular communication, including via “The Family Room” portal and Newsletter, reducing your anxiety and stress and empowering you to make improved quality of life decisions. We also seek to keep physicians, social workers, and trust officers updated as appropriate and approved.
