  • Step Two – In Home Assessment: We require all potential clients to receive a free, in home assessment that is conducted by our care coordinator. During this meeting, we will evaluate your loved one’s needs, wants, and any additional information or requests provided by the family. This is a great time to ask any questions or concerns you may have.
  • After this meeting we will develop a care plan for your loved one that will revolve around their specific needs and schedule. We will then estimate the costs of care and services that were requested and present all the information to you within 24 hours.
  • Step Three – Selecting a Home Care Professional: We will consider our client’s needs, personality, and schedule and determine which caregiver we believe will be a good fit. An introductory meeting is then arranged, so families can determine if they are what is best for your needs.

Additional Monitoring

Our staff will continue to monitor your loved one’s needs and adjust their care plan as needed throughout their care. We provide consist call and email options for primary caregivers, so you will be kept in the loop on any health changes or care plan changes with your elderly loved one. Our Client Service Coordinators and the owner, Tom, ensure care is being delivered with the utmost efficiency by making scheduled and unscheduled visits to review our home care professionals' performance. They will also speak with your loved one to make sure that they feel their needs and expectations are met and exceeded.
